Update help-center articles when a merged PR changes the UI
On each merged PR, the bot checks whether UI or a user workflow changed, decides whether the matching Intercom article needs an update, and drafts a new article if none exists. It logs into a test account to take fresh screenshots. The source publishes directly; add a review step before copying it.
