Grok Field Guide

9 prompts to copy

Start in 5 minutes. Copy a prompt, paste it to your bot, and it runs on a schedule.

Each one is a small job that runs at a set time, like a morning email check. The bot only reads and reports, or writes drafts. Nothing is sent without you. When you are ready for more, the Workflows page shows how several steps can follow each other.

How to use a prompt

Grok Bot calls a scheduled job a routine. You make one by asking your bot in the chat.

  1. Open a chat with your botUse the bot that should do the job.
  2. Paste the promptChange the day, the time, and the details to fit you. If an app is not connected yet, the bot asks you to connect it first. That can take longer than 5 minutes.
  3. Check what the bot madeThe bot makes a scheduled job and shows when it runs next. You can ask it to keep the job paused for now.
  4. Test it onceLook at the result. When it is right, turn the job on. You can pause it or change it at any time.
