How it works
A customer manager at xAI talks to only one bot, her main bot. It manages a team of helper bots, with one bot for each customer. Before every call, a note arrives 15 to 35 minutes early. It says who accepted the meeting and the one thing to leave with. It also gives a few points with links, and what not to say. At 9, 1, and 4, she gets a list of things that she said she would do. Each item links to the place where she said it. Every 15 minutes, a check looks for messages she sent that got no reply. It shows only the ones where she must act next. It never replies for her. Most checks find nothing, and that is on purpose.
How to set it up
- Make one main bot that you talk to. Let it manage the other bots.
- Add a morning job: read your calendar, team chat, and call notes, and write one short brief.
- Add a check every 15 minutes that writes a note 15 to 35 minutes before each call.
- Add a list of your promises at 9, 1, and 4. Done items leave the list.
- Add a check for your messages with no reply. Tell it never to reply for you.
- Keep the final send for anything with your name on it.
