Track your orders and returns, and watch for lower prices
From xAI and a website 3 sources
Lost packages, late refunds, and price drops are easy to miss. Two ready-made bots from xAI watch them and never buy without your OK.
What it does by itselfIt reads your order emails and writes drafts. Deal Watcher can add coupons. It never buys without your OK.
How it works
xAI added two ready-made bots in October 2026. Order Concierge reads your order and shipping emails. It tracks each package. It writes a draft claim when a package is missing, and a draft return when you need one. It checks that refunds arrive. It can also buy again what you usually buy, after you say yes. Deal Watcher watches the products and stores that you name. It tells you when a price drops. It checks recent purchases for money back after a price drop. It adds matching coupons and tells you before a return date passes.
How to set it up
- Add Order Concierge or Deal Watcher from xAI.
- Connect the email account that gets your order emails.
- Name the products or stores you want it to watch.
- Read each draft claim or return before you send it.
- Say yes or no when it asks to buy something.
Order Concierge: "Runs delivery tracking on your packages from order and shipping emails, drafts missing-package claims and returns, confirms refunds". Deal Watcher: "Watches the products and stores you name for price drops and deals, checks recent purchases for a price adjustment or refund ... Never buys without your OK." 1. Add one template. 2. Connect the inbox that gets your order emails. 3. Name the products or stores to watch. 4. Read each draft claim or return before you send it.
