Our rating8/10

Marketing teams get research, a message plan, draft ads, and a draft web page. A person checks each step and approves all money spent.

What it does by itselfIt researches and writes drafts. Bots build draft ads and a draft web page. You approve before anything goes live or costs money.

How it works

This comes from an official xAI guide for marketing. Six bots each have one job. The first bot reads your product page and your competitors' pages. It finds a gap that you can use. The second bot asks the first bot for details. Then it writes a message plan, a web page outline, and short search ads in Google Docs. You leave comments, and the bot changes the plan. A third bot builds draft ad campaigns in Google Ads. A fourth bot writes the web page and opens a code change (a pull request). You decide if it goes live. A fifth bot reads the ad numbers and suggests what to keep or stop. It does not change live ads or budgets. A sixth bot passes work between the others when there is a lot of it.

How to set it up

  1. Start with one bot for one job.
  2. Connect only the apps that this job needs.
  3. Check each plan in Google Docs and leave comments.
  4. Check the new web page yourself before it goes live.
  5. Approve every change to money spent on ads.
  6. Add a bot that manages the others only when you need it.
Words from the source you can copy

1. Stand up one specialist for one job and connect only the tools it needs. 2. Review drafts in Google Docs by leaving comments. 3. Merge the landing page PR yourself. 4. "The bot recommends and I approve what spends." 5. "I start permissions small. Doc rewrites and Slack draft replies before anyone gets ads write or prod." 6. "Add Project Manager after the handoffs hurt, not before."
