Show the bot your clicks once, then it checks a website weekly

Our rating7/10

Some websites have no app to connect. You show the bot what to click one time. Each week, it checks the site and tells you only what changed.

What it does by itselfIt only reads the website and reports. It does not change anything on the site.

How it works

Many business websites have no app that the bot can connect to. An official xAI guide gives a tip. Do a task with the bot one time. Take over its computer and do the task while the bot records. Then ask the bot to save the recording as a skill (saved steps the bot can reuse). A separate guide site uses the same idea for a weekly check of a supplier website. Each Monday, the bot repeats your clicks in its own browser. It tells you only what changed, what expired, and what needs renewing.

How to set it up

  1. Take over the bot's computer and do the task once while it records.
  2. Ask the bot to save the recording as a skill.
  3. Save the website login in the Vault, not in the chat.
  4. Ask it to run the check every Monday morning.
  5. Tell it to report only changes, and not to change anything on the site.

GTM guide: "I ask the agent to record, take over the computer and demonstrate, then have it turn the recording into a skill." learngrokbot: "Show the Bot the clicks once with Teach a task, and it repeats them in its browser." What people report

No numbers.

Why we rate it 7 out of 10

It helps with websites that have no app to connect. The bot only reads. The tip comes from an official guide, and a second site agrees.

How sure we are

Some evidence One detailed first-hand report, or a company story with some outside support.

An official xAI guide gives the tip about teaching by showing. A separate guide site describes the weekly check. Neither has numbers.
