Get a weekly list of new talks and posts about one customer
From xAI 1 sources
Sales staff can follow an important customer each week. You get only new talks, podcasts, and posts, or one line that says nothing changed.
What it does by itselfIt only reads and reports. It does not contact anyone.
How it works
This comes from an official xAI guide for sales teams at large companies. The writer gives one bot to each important customer. Before the first run, the bot asks you a few questions. It asks what you sell, which topics matter, and which people at the customer matter. Each week, it searches the web and X for new talks, podcasts, and posts from those people. It keeps a file of what it already reported, so it reports only new items. It reads or listens to each item. Then it writes 3 to 6 main points. It notes any mention of your product type or your competitors. It also says why the item matters. If there is nothing new, it sends one line.
How to set it up
- Copy the prompt from the guide and add the customer name.
- Answer the bot's first questions about what you sell and who matters.
- Ask it to run once a week at a set time.
- Read the weekly list. Decide yourself what to do next.
"Weekly media rundown for [account]. Before the first run, ask me which industry and product category we sell into, which topics count as signals for us, and which roles or teams at the account matter most ... Keep a state file of everything already covered and compare against it so you only report genuinely new items. ... Send one weekly roundup. If nothing new, send a single line saying so."

Weekly customer news
Once a week, the bot lists new talks, podcasts, and posts from one customer, or says that nothing is new.
You need: Nothing extra
Every Monday at 8:00 AM, search the web and X for new talks, podcasts, and posts from people at [customer]. Keep a list of what you already told me, and report only new items. For each one, give 3 main points and a link. If nothing is new, say so in one line. Do not contact anyone.
What people report
No numbers. The writer says bots now do much of the office work she used to do in the evening.
Why we rate it 7 out of 10
It has an official prompt that you can copy. The bot only reads. It stays quiet when nothing is new, so it does not waste your time.
